We serve persons with disabilities who are survivors of war, trafficking, violence, natural disasters or extreme poverty. We exist to restore dignity, foster resilience, and create pathways for healing, growth, and leadership by shifting power to persons with disabilities-empowering them to lead and make decisions about resource allocation. To us disability is not a curse, but a powerful call to compassion, justice, and transformative action.

Based in Uganda, TOMA Amputee Foundation is a legally registered non-governmental organization (NGO) formed and dedicated to provide support to the marginalized groups of people especially persons with disabilities, their families and the surrounding communities. The foundation aims to be a global centre of excellence in providing holistic support services in the world especially in the global south.
